Yoli's opened its doors in Seguin in 2021 with one goal: bring the flavors of home-cooked Mexican food to South Austin Street. Every tortilla is pressed and cooked in-house, the salsa is made fresh daily, and the birria is simmered low and slow until the meat falls apart — the same way it's been done in the family for generations.

Regulars will tell you this little building is easy to miss and impossible to forget. "Hidden gem" is the phrase that keeps showing up in reviews, and it's earned: friendly service, honest prices, and plates piled high with chilaquiles, bacon-egg-and-cheese tacos, and gorditas that taste like Sunday morning.

The birria tacos are the star of the menu — crispy, cheese-laced, and served with a cup of rich consomé for dipping — but it's the little touches, like housemade tortillas and made-to-order salsa, that keep this small taqueria packed morning after morning.
